This officially licensed costume from the 90s cartoon covers you head to toe in bright green minky fabric, with printed details that bring Donatello’s look to life across the full jumpsuit. The molded foam mask is shaped like his actual head, complete with mesh inserts so you can see where you’re going — which matters more than people think.

Design & Details

The shell attaches to the back with fasteners, and the front shell piece connects the same way. The belt features an embroidered “D” up front, and the elbow and knee areas have added padding built right into the design. Gloves and shoe covers finish the look with elastic fit.

Our in-house design team went deep on the details here — the printed texture on the jumpsuit specifically mimics the mottled green skin tone from the original cartoon series, not just a flat color fill. That specificity is what separates a costume from a reference.
